Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer the questions of staff and other stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors
- Prepare and file forms and other documents
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Update logs and order forms
- New registrations and tender submissions
- Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb organizational abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Assistant
- Loyalty and ethics
- Professional and hardworking
- Respects integrity and honesty
- Creative and initiative
- Software and computer skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
- BA/BS University degree in business or any relevant field.
- One year experience
**Job Types**: Temporary, Internship, New grad
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
