Campboss & Co-ordinator

1. HR Coordination Duties:

- Onboarding: Assisting new hires with paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintaining & Sharing attendance records with head office on monthly basis
- Coordination for all HR Related Matters

2. Admin & Camp Boss Duties
- Camp Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp facility, including accommodation, catering, and housekeeping services.
- Facilities Management: Ensuring the camp facilities are well-maintained, including repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Logistics: Managing transportation arrangements for employees, equipment, and supplies to and from the camp site.
- Safety and Security: Implementing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, and addressing security concerns.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to camp staff, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communications.
- Guest Services: Welcoming visitors to the camp site, addressing their needs, and ensuring their comfort and safety.

3. Accounts & Purchase Duties:

- Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, verifying expenses, and issuing payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Accounts Receivable: Generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Financial Reporting: Generating reports for management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the development of budgets, monitoring expenses, and forecasting financial performance.
- Purchase Order Management: Creating purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and tracking deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
