Responsibilities:
- Prepare shawarma by marinating, seasoning, and stacking it onto the vertical rotisserie.
- Operate and monitor the shawarma grill, ensuring proper cooking temperatures and rotation of the meat.
- Slice shawarma thinly and evenly using a sharp knife or shawarma slicer.
- Prepare and assemble shawarma sandwiches, wraps, plates, and other menu items according to customer preferences.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including equipment, countertops, and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when ingredients need to be replenished.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of food products.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Stay updated on current food trends, ingredients, and techniques related to shawarma preparation.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working as a Shawarma Maker or in a similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment.
- Proficiency in preparing and cooking shawarma using a vertical rotisserie.
- Strong knife skills and the ability to slice shawarma thinly and evenly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
