We are hiring a talented individual with exceptional skills in extracting data and producing reports for the sales incentive programs’ usage. This role’s responsibility is to analyze various sales incentives and tools, prepare related reports and help the Sales Programs Manager(s) in their rollout, evaluation, communication and control. Main aim is to optimize sales incentives usage within set policies, guidelines and funds.

Other key strategic & operational duties would include:

- Reviewing and maintaining sales incentives reports (including PLB - Performance Linked Bonus /CTK - Commercial Toolkit, Commissions and SIS - Sales Incentive Scheme) during the year to ensure that incentive programs are calculated and managed as per the related generated sales/revenue.
- Supporting design and production of monthly reports on PLB performance, CTK usage and CoS (Cost of Sale) breakdown to enable management in monitoring of our incentives and costs.
- Providing assistance to regions, on their Sales Programs utilization to enable them focus on key channels and agencies.
- Enhancing current PLB “Calculator” Excel-based tool, among other tools that may be used for aiding in PLB cost estimation.
- Designing and maintain agency dashboard to track performance and optimize cost of sale.
- Assist in other Sales and Distribution team related roles like Incentives Budgeting, re-distribution to Regions, Cost of Sales evaluation and reporting, Commissions analysis and reporting, CTK waivers and other workflow approvals undertaken by the team_._

**Qualifications**:
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Global Sales team.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential
- 4+ years of reporting & analyzing data for sales teams ideally within the Airline/Travel Industry
- Basic understanding of Galaxy and or other platforms/or tools such as Airline MIS and CDW, and ability to extract data from or feed the system with.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills
- Possess the ability to work independently & under pressure
