We are currently recruiting Assistant Outlet Manager for one of the most dynamic and exciting leisure venues in Doha. West Bay beach, under the management of Discover Qatar, comprises 3 absolute beachfront fully licensed venues;
- Doha Sands, an exclusive and private beach club for in house guests staying at participating West Bay hotels
- The Bistro; a fully licensed restaurant, open from 7am until midnight with a capacity of 200, serving light casual meals and also catering for special events, movie and sports event screenings and private groups.
- B12 Beach Club, Qatar’s largest private beach club featuring the largest inflatable in the country, a range of international food and beverage outlets, general admission and VIP sections, a resident DJ and popular weekend brunches.

The Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the outlet operations. Responsible for maximizing the dedicated outlet sales and enhancing the customer experience by maintaining a high table service standard as well as leading, training and coaching the Front OfficeTeam.

Other key responsibilities are:

- Ensure that all communication regarding WBB’s Food & Beverage operation are cascaded to the whole restaurant’s team by conducting effective daily briefing.
- Provide insights to the Operations Manager - WBB regarding quality, services & operational issues through monthly operational review / reports and action plan.
- Assess on monthly or weekly basis employee deployment to ensure that the team is resourced effectively and report any shortages in terms of staff to the line Manager.
- Responsible for the overall employee engagement by constantly providing feedback and conduct quarterly review for all employees.
- Build effective working relationships with support functions such as purchasing, buying team, food & safety, cost control to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and maintain a full Qatar Airways policy to conform to WBB requirements and standards
- Work in collaboration with the restaurant team on menu engineering, provide valuable inputs during menu development/change by analyzing in-depth customer feedback, trends and requirements.
- Support in driving objective to exceed business expectations by driving all the KPIs.
- Analyze and monitor the outlet’s service results and implement impactful action plans that will enhance the guest experience.
- Responsible for adhering to all company procedures and compliance targets including Food Safety and hygiene to maintain the highest level of hygiene standards in the outlet.
- Plan and manage waiting team roaster, overtime and holidays ensuring that the outlet is effectively resourced.
- Implement controlling measures in order to control expenses and minimize breakage by maintaining the par level of equipment and operating supplies and equipment’s in the outlet.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience
- Working experience in fast paced multi units’ environments
- Experienced in HACCP and quality assurance implementation or Related Training
- Worked with a major internationally recognized hotel or Commercial Brand (preferably 5-star restaurant or hotels)
