Fleet Supervisor

The salary range is between 3500 - 4500 QAR plus accommodation and transportation.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee the management and maintenance of our fleet of heavy equipment. The Fleet Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all vehicles and machinery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of all equipment.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to arrange necessary parts and materials for maintenance and repairs
- Monitor fleet performance & improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance and repairs, including service logs, inspection reports, and inventory records.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the Engineering department, Yard Department procurement, etc, to support the company's overall operations.
- Recommend upgrades or improvements as necessary.
- To keep his higher-ups updated on the day-to-day issues that needs their intervention
- Implement the policies of the company and ensure all operatives follow them

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, or Graduation in any related or BBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the heavy equipment rental industry.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Proficiency in computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other fleet management software. (preferred)
- Valid Qatari driver's license and clean driving record.
- He should be able to work off the hours ,as rental is 24*7 hours
- Should be able to understand basic Arabic.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
