Caia Nursery is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations. Located in a vibrant community in Qatar, Caia Nursery is committed to delivering outstanding early childhood education and nurturing environments where young children can thrive through play-based learning.
**Position**: Nursery Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the implementation of the **EYFS curriculum** across all classes, ensuring high standards of educational practices.
- Manage and support a team of teachers and staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor the development and well-being of children aged 0-4 years, ensuring individual needs are met and maintaining high standards of care and safety.
- Liaise with parents and guardians, communicating effectively about children's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
- Conduct regular assessments of nursery practices, making improvements and adjustments as necessary to meet regulatory standards.
- Plan and lead staff meetings, professional development sessions, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and childcare regulations, maintaining records and documentation as required by Qatari authorities.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to manage enrollments, ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new families.
- Native-level English speaker (**British or American nationality required**).
- ** Local Hire** (currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID).
- ** Bachelor’s degree** in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within early childhood education, with in-depth knowledge of the **EYFS framework**.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing a diverse team.
- Positive, solution-focused attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of education and care.
**Working Hours**:
- ** Full-time position**, Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
