**Position: Planning Engineer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Analyze project requirements, constraints, and risks to devise effective planning strategies that optimize resource utilization and timeline management.
- Utilize industry-leading software to create and maintain accurate project schedules, constantly monitoring progress and identifying potential bottlenecks.
- Implement best practices in project management, establishing milestones and deliverables to keep projects on track and within specified parameters.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to key stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing potential issues.
- Actively participate in problem-solving and decision-making processes, contributing valuable insights to overcome challenges and enhance project efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and construction personnel, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project plans and updates to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset, willing to contribute to a positive and inspiring work environment.

**Salary**: QAR16,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
