**Superstar Freelance Female Indoor Cycling Instructors Needed**

**Purpose of the Job -**
- The Indoor Cycling Instructor will be responsible for delivering a first class Indoor Cycling experience within UFC GYM. This will involve communicating with and educating facility members and members of the public regarding Indoor Cycling classes, the marketing of Indoor Cycling classes to facility members and members of the public, the delivery of high-level Indoor Cycling classes, and the building and maintenance of a client base that delivers strong attendance, client satisfaction and retention._

**Key Results Areas Include -**
- Delivering an exceptional Indoor Cycling experience to all members, non-members and users of the facility._
- Communicating with and educating facility members and members of the public regarding Indoor Cycling classes._
- The marketing of Indoor Cycling classes within the facility and to members of the public._
- The delivery of exceptional Indoor Cycling classes._
- The building and maintenance of a client base that delivers strong attendance, client satisfaction and retention._

**Experience & Competencies -**
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Indoor Cycling Instructor with a proven track record in building and maintaining a client base._
- The ability to deliver exceptional Indoor Cycling classes._
- An internationally recognised Indoor Cycling certification._
- Relevant degree and/or a recognised Personal Trainer qualification beneficial._
- Excellent knowledge (practical & theoretical) of Indoor Cycling._
- Excellent sales skills._
- Great communication skills._
- Friendly and approachable with an outgoing personality._
- Cooperative, positive and optimistic._
- Ability to enjoy working with a diverse range of people._
- Able to project self confidence in own abilities._
- Able to prioritise work, handle pressure and take confident day-to-day decisions._
- Willingness to work unsociable hours._

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From QAR150.00 per hour
