**Responsibilities**:
Support the sales team by coordinating and assisting with all sales activities.

Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and document distribution.

Assist with lead generation and follow-up, including prospecting and qualifying potential customers.

Provide product information, pricing details, and technical specifications to customers.

Liaise with internal departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor sales pipeline and track sales activities and outcomes.

Prepare sales reports and analysis for management.

Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Maintain a professional and positive image of the company in all customer interactions.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
