- **Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for in-room dining orders, ensuring all food is presented in a timely and visually appealing manner**

- **Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines**

- **Assist in menu planning and development, taking into consideration guest preferences and dietary restrictions**

- **Work closely with the Room Service team to ensure all orders are delivered accurately and efficiently**

- **Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally**

- **Continuously strive to improve and enhance the in-room dining experience for our guests**
***
- **Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment**

- **Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed**
*** Requirements**:

- **Previous experience as a Commi IRD or in a similar role**
***
- **Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution**
***
- **Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation**
***
- **Excellent communication and customer service skills**
***
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment**
***
- **Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays**
