**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including both digital and traditional formats. Ensure design elements align with overall campaign goals.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and manage social media visuals and content that resonate with target audiences. Monitor and report on engagement and performance.
- **Marketing Materials**: Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements that align with brand guidelines.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all creative materials adhere to brand standards, maintaining a consistent and professional appearance across all platforms.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with other departments (such as content, product, and sales teams) to create materials that meet business objectives and support campaign initiatives.
- **Creative Strategy**: Contribute to the brainstorming and creative direction of marketing campaigns, providing innovative ideas for visuals, content, and brand messaging.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**:

- 5+ years of proven experience as a graphic design or similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management tools) and campaign performance metrics.
- Strong experience in social media content creation, management, and performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Strong creative and visual design skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus.
