Organizar los productos y artículos de limpieza. Organizar el estante de los elementos de cocina incluidas las ollas, las sartenes, las cucharas de servir, los utensilios de cocina, etc. Rotar las existencias, traer a la cocina los artículos que se encuentran en los cajones o áreas de depósito. Completar las listas de control de limpieza a fin de determinar un programa adecuado para la limpieza y desinfección. Reunir las sartenes sucias del área de cocina y transportarlas hasta el área de ollas para limpiarlas. Mantener limpias las áreas de higiene y organizar los artículos de limpieza, como colgar los trapeadores y las escobas. Limpiar y mantener las zonas de carga. Limpiar el cielo raso, las paredes y los respiraderos en la sala de lavado de platos. Asegurarse de que los elementos limpios se guarden donde corresponda. Operar y mantener los equipos y artículos de limpieza, incluidos el lavavajillas, los puestos de lavado manual, los puestos para fregar ollas y el triturador de basura. Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, programación, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados; servir como ejemplo. Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de seguridad y de la compañía; informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras; y realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad. Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás; apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 25 libras o menos. Estar de pie, tomar asiento o caminar durante un período prolongado de tiempo. Estirarse por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, retorcerse, torcerse y encorvarse.
