As a Waiter/Waitress at Magnolia Bakery you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Greet and Seat Guests**:

- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and guide them to their seats.
- Present menus and introduce daily specials or promotions.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests.
- Input orders into the POS system promptly.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper presentation and temperature of served items.
- Attend to guests' needs and requests promptly and courteously.
- Address any issues or complaints with a positive attitude and resolve them effectively.
- Present the bill to guests, handle cash and card transactions, and provide accurate change.
- Ensure proper use of the POS system and maintain accurate records.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, such as hosting, bussing, or bar assistance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR1,600.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
