**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Legal Advisor will be responsible to ensure clients business transactions are in compliance with the law.
- Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
- Provide, required guidance on corporate governance issues & ensure legal advice specified is consistent with Company’s corporate regime.
- Advise regarding Companies activities with respect to contractual relationship shared between Customers, lenders & stakeholders.
- Identify implications for cases from legal precedents or other legal information.
- Examine legal data to determine prudence of defending or prosecuting lawsuit.
- Manage all contracts, legal reports & documents.
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies.

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelors in Law with a minimum of 10 to 12 years’ local experience in Financial Institutions.
- Able to work Independently with good Interpretation in local laws & regulations.
