**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide recommendations if needed.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
- Process bills and payments using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and teamwork skills.
