**Responsibilities**:
1. **Animal Care**:
- Assisting veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
- Administering medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
- Monitoring animals' vital signs and reporting any abnormalities.
- Providing basic grooming and hygiene care to animals, including bathing and nail trimming.
- Feeding and exercising animals as per their dietary and physical requirements.
2. **Clinic Management**:
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the clinic or hospital.
- Sterilizing and preparing surgical instruments and equipment.
- Managing inventory of medical supplies and medications, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and billing.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols related to animal care.
3. **Client Communication**:
- Interacting with clients and providing information on pet care, medications, and treatment plans.
- Offering compassionate support to pet owners during difficult situations, such as euthanasia.
- Educating clients on preventive healthcare measures for their pets.
4. **Emergency Response**:
- Assisting in emergency situations, including triage and first aid for injured or critically ill animals.
- Remaining calm and composed under pressure while providing immediate care to animals in distress.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or diploma in veterinary nursing or a related field.
- Certification or licensure as a veterinary nurse, if required by Qatari regulations.
- Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and common medical conditions.
- Experience working with a variety of animal species, including domestic pets and possibly exotic animals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion and empathy towards animals and their owners.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
