**Key Responsibilities**:
**Photography & Videography**:

- Take high-quality photos and videos of real estate properties for listing purposes.
- Ensure that all photos highlight the property’s best features and align with the brand’s visual style.
- Edit and enhance images to improve quality, lighting, and composition.

**Listing Management**:

- Handle the creation, updating, and management of property listings on internal systems and external platforms (property portals, social media, etc.).
- Ensure that all listings contain accurate and complete information, including property details, descriptions, and images.
- Work closely with real estate agents to ensure listings are optimized and meet market standards.

**Photo Editing & Post-Production**:

- Use software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other editing tools to enhance photos and videos.
- Adjust brightness, contrast, color, and remove any imperfections to ensure high-quality output.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to real estate agents by organizing and maintaining an up-to-date property database.
- Manage and prioritize the photography schedule to ensure timely content delivery.
- Coordinate with agents to ensure photos are taken and listings are posted according to deadlines.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work with real estate agents to understand their needs and customize property images accordingly.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing visual content for social media, brochures, and promotional materials.

**File Management**:

- Organize, store, and maintain a digital archive of all property photos and videos.
- Ensure all media files are easily accessible and labeled correctly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in real estate or similar industries.
- Proficiency in photography equipment, including DSLR cameras and lighting.
- Strong skills in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other related tools.
- Familiarity with real estate listing platforms and processes (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and creative eye for capturing properties' best features.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with agents and other team members.

**Education & Experience**:

- A degree or certification in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in photography, with a focus on real estate preferred.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market and trends is a plus.
