Job Title: Content Creator

Job Summary: As a Content Creator at KJ MEDIA, you will play a vital role in developing and producing captivating content for our influencer clients. You will collaborate with influencers, brands, and the marketing team to create engaging content that promotes products or services and maximizes reach across various social media platforms. We are looking for someone with a creative mindset, experience in creating posts, reels, and shorts, and a deep understanding of social media algorithms and graphics.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Develop and produce innovative and visually appealing content for influencer clients across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

Collaborate with Influencers: Work closely with influencers to understand their unique style, audience, and brand voice. Create content that aligns with their personal brand and engages their followers.

Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with brands to promote their products or services through compelling content. Understand brand guidelines and incorporate them into content creation.

Social Media Optimization: Utilize your knowledge of social media algorithms to optimize content and increase reach. Stay updated with platform updates and industry trends to enhance content performance.

Graphics and Infographics: Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other visual elements to enhance content and convey information effectively.

Video Production: Create engaging videos, including reels and shorts, that captivate audiences and align with the influencer's and brand's objectives.

Editing and Post-Production: Edit and enhance content using video editing software and tools to ensure high-quality output. Pay attention to details such as transitions, audio, and visual effects.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different platforms. Identify trends, gather insights, and suggest improvements to optimize engagement and reach.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree Media Marketing Design

Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably within the influencer marketing industry.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and produce innovative content.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with influencers, brands, and the marketing team.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends to maximize content reach and engagement.

Experience in creating posts, reels, shorts, and other forms of video content.

Basic graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and the ability to create visually appealing graphics and infographics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
