**Role Description**

Qualifications for Fleet Manager Position:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management,

business administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Track record with at least 3 years of experience in

fleet management or a related role, including experience in the Qatar

market.

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficient in fleet management software and technology.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
- Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and telematics.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

- In-depth knowledge of local and national transportation regulations.
- Experience ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

5. Communication Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, maintenance

teams, and stakeholders.

6. Problem-solving:

- Strategic thinking for optimizing fleet efficiency.

7. Leadership:

- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a diverse team of

drivers and support staff.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.

8. Budget Management:

- Experience in budgeting and cost control for fleet operations.
- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

9. Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical skills to assess fleet performance and make

data-driven decisions.
- Regularly monitor key performance indicators.

10. Customer Service:

- Focus on providing excellent customer service to internal and

external stakeholders.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

11. Local Market Knowledge:

- Specific experience and understanding of the Qatar market,

including regulations, infrastructure, and logístical challenges.
- Knowledge of local suppliers, service providers, and industry dynamics.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
