- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and addressing any concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Stay current on industry trends, grooming techniques, and products to enhance the quality of services provided.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a pet groomer, with proficiency in grooming techniques for both cats and dogs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle animals with care and compassion, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Strong grooming skills, including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets' coats according to breed standards or client preferences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with pet owners and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality grooming services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential for communicating with clients and colleagues.
