Groomer

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional grooming services for both cats and dogs, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling according to client preferences and breed standards.
- Safely handle animals of various sizes and temperaments, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any health issues or grooming needs and communicating findings to pet owners or veterinarians as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area, including sanitizing equipment, tools, and workstations between appointments.
- Educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques, coat maintenance, and hygiene practices to promote the health and well-being of their pets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and addressing any concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Stay current on industry trends, grooming techniques, and products to enhance the quality of services provided.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a pet groomer, with proficiency in grooming techniques for both cats and dogs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle animals with care and compassion, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Strong grooming skills, including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets' coats according to breed standards or client preferences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with pet owners and colleagues.
