**Responsibilities**:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented CAD Engineer, seconded to our Client from governemant sector in Doha, Qatar.

We envisage success in this role to include;
- This position shall assist the CAD Manager in the CAD delivery for Project(s) under the Ashghal
Programme.
- Manage key stakeholder interfaces to ensure successful delivery of various outcomes across the Project(s) and Programme.
- The position is responsible for a wide variety of duties that utilise Computer Aided Design (CAD) drafting in developing engineering, graphical and architectural drawings. The role is required to perform basic to complex drafting assignments requiring a thorough knowledge of drafting standards, practices, and techniques.
- Establish project controls.
- Utilizes a CAD workstation to prepare landscape and architectural drawings consisting of basic arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, isometrics, etc., from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.
- Utilizes technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies.
- Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Performs routine drafting duties for landscape, architecture, and other trades as required for the landscape design projects.
- Utilizes CAD software and provides graphic support performing routine drafting duties for engineering, design, and construction services.
- Performs field surveys for landscape design projects.
- Utilizes GIS software to assist and prepare updates to beautification committee’s projects database.
- Research, record drawings, archives, as-built documentation, and codes as needed for the preparation of drawing updates and projects.
- Conducts research of landscape codes and accessibility guidelines when required and/or directed by other team members and/or supervisor.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10+ years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited University or College program.
