Two resources required
- 1 with 4 years’ experience - Budget 12,000 QAR per month
- Another with 8+ years’ experience - Budget 18,000 to 20,000 QAR per month
- Onsite in Qatar

No of requirements: 2 (1- 10+ Years experience and another one JD mentioned below)

**Job Description**:

- Relevant experience in IBM BPM/BAW should be at least 4 years.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations using IBM BPM (Design, Development, Monitoring and Enhancement)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience on BPM v8.6 or BAW(Business Automation Workflow)
- Solid experience working on Client-side human service and designing Coach Views, Templates & Themes
- Hands-on experience with BAW UI (Spark UI)
- Good grasp of BPM best practices and performance-related concepts.
- Good understanding of integration with REST APIs and WebServices with BPM, should be aware of components of APIs, security, Authentication, and Authorization mechanisms
- Good understanding of BPM Product related APIs and their uses
- Good Understanding and experience working on Headless BPM implementations.
- Experience in creating Time Schedules & Holiday Schedules thereby implementing the mechanism to handle SLA breach
- Good understanding and implementation level knowledge on routing mechanism
- Ability to transform data from XML to BPM object, USON to BPM Object and vice-versa

**Salary**: QAR12,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umm Bāb: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IAM BPM/BAW: 8 years (preferred)
- Implementations using IBM BPM: 8 years (preferred)
- BPM v8.6 or BAW: 8 years (preferred)
- REST APIs and WebServices with BPM: 8 years (preferred)
- Transform data from XML to BPM: 8 years (preferred)
