- Workshop Supervisor Responsibilities.

1. Producing concepts

2. Making sketches by hand

3. To be creative in developing patterns

4. Overseeing production

5. Analyzing trends in fabrics, colors and shapes

6. Selecting and buying fabrics and trims

7. Adapting existing designs for mass production

8. Supervising the making up of sample garments. Examining sample garments on and off models and then modifying their designs to achieve desired effects

9. Quality control.

10. The ability to visualize things in three dimensions i.e. An eye for colour, texture and pattern

11. Technical skills in areas such as pattern cutting, grading and garment construction

12. To enjoy following trends in fashion and clothing.

13. Directing and coordinating staffs who draw and cut patterns and construct samples or finished garments

REQUIREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ANSAR GROUP

14. Sketching rough and detailed drawings of apparel or accessories, and writing specifications such as color schemes, construction, material types and accessory requirements

15. Conferring with Purchase and management executives in order to discuss design ideas

16. Selecting materials and production techniques to be used for products
