**About this role**
- The Superintendent shall be experienced in the various building construction types of and not limited to, Prefabrication modularized construction, pre flat pack containerized, steel structures portal beam, block work, RC wall construction, commercial type sandwich panel curtain walling/cladding;
- Shall have experience in an LNG plant of the build out and hand over of the Process and Non process, Commercial buildings, laboratory, restaurants, mosque, kitchens, explosion proof buildings, fire stations, Data centres, Sub Stations, Instrument houses, main control building;
- Shall have a solid civil background with precast concrete foundations and concrete rebar preparation, cast in situ concrete, and monolithic pour experience, be able to coordinate utility tie in connections within the plant area to the buildings;
- Shall be experienced with interior fit out, carpentry, paint, finishes, tiling, and FFE for the achievement of these finishes to a fit for purpose standard and eventual handover;
- Electrical experience in primary & secondary containment installation of Sub Stations, Instrument houses, buried containment systems, raised floor installations, above ceiling installations;
- Shall experience in obtaining Fire Alarm layouts approval and adhere to the RLIC requirements for Occupation certificates and inspections throughout the buildings scope;
- Mechanical experience with Fire pumps, jockey pumps, and sprinkler systems, FM200, plumbing and refrigerant piping experience;
- Shall have experience in HVAC systems installation, FCU, AHU, ACC (Air cooled Condenser) systems, CHW (Chilled water systems), Data centre CRAC, Liebert systems; HVAC ductwork coatings and finishes, testing and commission of HVAC PID DDC control systems, smoke extract systems;
- Coordination experience with all MEP, LV Switchgear, HVAC systems within Electrical rooms, Mechanical rooms, and providing end user with an accessible maintainable building;
- Experience in the achievement of the desired architectural finishes within the buildings, and compliance of MAR selected materials and finishes;
- Involvement in coordination of reflected ceiling plans, Coordination, and space planning of MEP & telecom requirements through the buildings;
- Leads by example and demonstrates the highest level of integrity in dealings with all parties;
- Effective team player who collaborates and communicates concisely with the project team.

**What you need to bring**
- Minimum of (15) years broad experience in all phases (10) years in Oil & Gas mega project in Process and Non process buildings construction in Mosque, Administration, Laboratory, 132KV, 66KV, 33KV Sub Stations, Instrument houses, Warehouses, Restaurant, Kitchens, Master Control buildings, Administration buildings;
- Experience in major Construction Projects (including brown-field work);
- Worldwide experience working with contractors and subcontractors, those involved in the construction of Onshore oil, gas, chemical and/or petrochemical plant facilities;
- Bachelor’s degree of Science in Construction Management Engineering/ (Mechanical or Electrical) or Bachelor’s Degree in Buildings Services.
