**About the Role**:
As an Arabic-Speaking Registered Medical Nurse at Tadawi Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing culturally sensitive and high-quality patient care to our Arabic-speaking patients. Your clinical expertise, language proficiency, and empathetic approach will contribute to creating a comfortable and effective healthcare environment.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Assessment and Care Planning**:

- Conduct initial assessment visits and regularly re-evaluate nursing needs of clients.
- Initiate and revise care plans, providing specialized nursing services.
- Prepare clinical and progress notes, coordinate services, and act as a liaison between physicians and healthcare staff.

**2. Direct Patient Care**:

- Deliver direct patient care and assist with consultations and procedures under the doctor's guidance.
- Ensure safety, comfort, and privacy during physical exams and procedures.
- Perform specialized procedures in Dermatology and cosmetology clinics if assigned.

**3. Patient Safety and Environment**:

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including sterilizing medical instruments.
- Keep accurate and confidential documentation of patient care.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform and personal protective equipment policies.

**4. Coordination and Reporting**:

- Assist with follow-up appointment scheduling for patients.
- Report to the Head Nurse and fulfill other tasks as assigned.

**5. Quality Care and Professional Development**:

- Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against care goals.
- Foster cooperative relationships among healthcare teams.
- Complete preventive maintenance for equipment and stay updated with professional knowledge through educational workshops and publications.

**Skills and Abilities**
- **Clinical Knowledge**:Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes to assess and manage patients effectively.
- **Assessment**: Skill in conducting thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations.
- **Medication Administration**:Competent in administering medications and understanding their interactions and side effects.
- **IV Therapy**: Skill in initiating and maintaining intravenous therapy for patients requiring fluid and medication administration.
- **Wound Care Management**:Knowledge of wound assessment, dressing changes, and wound healing techniques.
- **Pain Management**: Skill in assessing and managing pain in patients using various pain relief techniques.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
- **Patient Safety**: Prioritizing patient safety and taking measures to prevent medical errors.
- **Patient Care Planning**: Helps in developing individualized care plans based on patient assessments, medical diagnoses, and treatment goals.
- **Patient Education**: Effective communication skills to educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- **Patient Advocacy**: Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring they receive appropriate care and resources.
- **Empathy and Compassion**:Demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a caring attitude toward patients, supporting their emotional needs.
- **Infection Control**: Adherence to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections in healthcare settings.
