Meal Plan Chef de Partie

In this role you will work closely with the head chefs, commis, dietitians, and kitchen manager to support and
develop the operations of daily meal plan catering to our guests from within the kitchen.
**Role Responsibility**
- Coordinate an efficient production of quality meal plan foods and beverages according the company
regulations regarding hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
- Prepare, cook and serve meal plan menu foods according to the implemented schedule.
- Work within the trust of the meal plan department to always make sure the customers’ food needs and
requests are met and accommodated.
- Ensure quality standards are achieved at all time in regards to recipe specifications and measurements to
always provide correct meals for specific plans requirements.
- Sandwich prep, cook-chill methods, food preparation, portion control, stock rotation, wastage and
follow recipes in line with company procedures and best practice ensuring high quality standards are
achieved at all times.
- Train other kitchen staff on meal plan operations and standards.
- Report to the nutrition team and kitchen manager.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum experience of 2 years in meal plans and/or catering, ideally in a diet center.
- Knowledge and interest in nutrition, plant-based cooking, and healthy living.
- Very good numeracy, communication and literacy skills.
