ACTS Qatar is currently looking to hire a Senior Environmental Chemist with the below qualifications and experiences.

Deep knowledge and experience in Instrumental analysis using ICP-AES, GC-MS, GC-FID, UV Spectrometer, TOC.

Thorough knowledge of the method development, validation for the new test methods.

Familiar with measurement of uncertainty and Control Charts

Thorough knowledge of ISO 17025 procedures and experience in facing the Audit.

Maintains a list of inventory of the equipment of the Chemistry Department and ensures the good working conditions and adequate space allocation for this equipment.

Devises new equipment, and develops formulas, processes, and methods for

Conducts tests on physical properties of asphalt, cement and asphalt mixes.

Conducts chemical testing on cement, aggregate, soil, concrete, water, oils and related substances as well as other materials suitable for testing.

Conducts tests on concrete and cement durability.

Ability to manage a team

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- In a chemical lab: 4 years (preferred)
