**Job Description**:

- Job Title_ : Foreman - Mechatronics Technician
- Experience : 3+ Years in Marine Industry
- Education : Trade Certificate and Equivalent work experience

Related to Facility maintenance:

- Responsible for work assigned by Coordinator for installing, troubleshooting repairing, and maintenance of electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment such as, different types of welding machines, cutting machines, transformers, electric motors, or any other system/equipment which is electrically operated.
- Responsible for repairing, inspection and maintenance of electrical and mechanical section of CNC machines such as PCB’s, drives, motors, Bus bars, Equipment Batteries, Indication and alarm systems, sensors, lighting etc.
- Responsible for maintenance, trouble shooting and repairing of mobile plant equipment, battery operated equipment and crane’s control systems.
- Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings.
- Responsible for maintenance, trouble shooting and repairing of PLC/Scada systems.
- Programming of different types of electrical/electronic equipment
- Responsible for repairing, inspection and maintenance of different types of motor controls and pumps.
- Repair work on electrical and battery powered hand tools such as grinders, drill etc.
- Responsible for industrial cabling and wiring of equipment.
- Skills in trouble shooting (control circuits - hydraulic, mechanical & electrical).
- Provide training and support to workers.
- Supervise workers to complete the job allotted.
- Ensure employee discipline, and support employees to redress grievances.
- Provide general support and assistance to the team members.
- Ensure that safety is maintained in the workplace.
- Follow maintenance work orders and give feed backs and improvement suggestions to the Supervisor.
- Provide general support for office furnishing, maintenance, housekeeping etc.
- Adherence to company QHSES procedures
- Good communication skills in English.

Related to facility operations / projects support:

- Arrangement for setting up lighting, power supplies, cable arrangement for Operations and Projects.
- Necessary arrangements such as operating mega doors/ sliding doors for Transport and Lifting operations.
- Repair works for cables, transformers, DSU’s for Project supplies
