**PRO Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process, submits, and follow up on all the company official relations/ transactions with the government sectors.
- Cars License, Maintenance, and accident if needed to be repaired.
- Submitting all renewals of visas & labor work permit cards with the labor office as well as the immigration department.
- Processing all renewals of driving license & labor health cards
- Any activities for the employees for their medical check inside and outside Qatar.
- Renewals of official documents of the company (i.e., trade license, Chamber of commerce, CR, traffic department, municipality...)
- Customs clearance.
- To liaise with authorities to ensure Company compliance with local laws and regulations.
- To process local amendments in coordination with the authorities.
- Liaise with all government institutions with regards to fines, penalties, or any inquiry.
- To deal with government authorities in relation to the buying, selling, or leasing of land/property.
- To process trade license renewals.
- To keep updated on labor-related changes in relation to visa processing.
- Supporting any legal issues in Company registrations.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Helping in other company, admin activities like delivering, inventory, moving )
- Helping in store, accommodation (admin activities).
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years' experience in the field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must have a Driving License + QID
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Speak Arabic and English

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
