**Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring growth in key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
- **SEO & SEM**: Plan, execute, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings. Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring high ROI and lead generation.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Oversee social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance to increase reach and engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, relevant, and SEO-optimized content (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.) to engage target audiences.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or others to track, measure, and report on digital campaign performance. Analyze results and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- **Brand Awareness**: Build and maintain the brand's online presence through strategic digital campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, sales, and product to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent content writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proficient in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong creative thinking, with the ability to design and execute innovative campaigns.
- Knowledge of local market trends in Qatar and the Middle East region is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with international or regional brands in Qatar.
- Familiarity with Arabic language and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
