**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, technical schools, and industry organizations to expand the talent pool and enhance recruitment efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR or recruiting preferred.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on IT or technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets, including software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
**Salary**: From QAR4,500.00 per month
