**Location**: Qatar - Alwaeb

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Hammam, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.
- Ensure that all Hammam treatments and services are delivered in line with our quality standards.
- Oversee staff performance, including Hammam attendants and therapists, ensuring they are properly trained and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage Hammam bookings, guest requests, and appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the Hammam facilities, including the steam room, bath areas, and relaxation spaces.
- Monitor inventory of Hammam products and supplies, and ensure they are replenished as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sterilized.
- Promote Hammam services and wellness packages to clients, driving sales and repeat visits.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth operation and resolve any operational issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a Hammam or spa environment, with previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Hammam rituals, products, and treatments.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the Hammam.
- Proficiency in managing bookings and guest requests.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- A passion for wellness and spa services.
- Fluent in [language(s) required].
