Printing patients’ tray cards using menu logistic system, sorting out per diet and per ward
- Checking individual tray cards and cross checking with facility reports.
\- Updating diet changes and room changes of patients
\- Reporting any errors in the system as needed.
\- Coordinate with Dietitians regarding changes in diets and other specifications of the patients.
\- Coordinate with nurses with room changes and diet modifications.
\- Manage routine queries and refer them to concerned staff
\- Maintain patient files, logbooks, records, and databases
\- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s in administration in or in any related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Healthcare facility in the similar role.
- Must be a computer literate with good knowledge of MS office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to sustain work under pressure and when required long working hours.
