Preservation Lead

Prepare overall preservation philosophy, review the preparation of Preservation procedures from different fabrication yards to ensure vendor recommendations and client requirements are fulfilled.
- Define and manage reporting tools to be prepared by sub-contractors, including technical database, planning, punch lists control and follow-up of the disciplines concerned.
- Prepare list of consumables for preservation including vendors recommendation.
- Coordinate with other departments and provide proper support to Fabrication yards.

**About this role**
- Leadership and coordination of preservation activities at fabrication yards and support the Preservation team.
- To conduct Preservation work throughout the fabrication yards preservation phase until offshore prior to handover.
- Supervise and audit Contractor Resources to ensure de-preservation / represervation is properly implemented and recorded.
- Manage Contractor Preservation technicians to ensure activities are executed consistently with the Preservation Strategy / Execution Plan
- Monitor equipment to ensure correct preservation activities are being implemented and recorded during all phases of the project.
- Monitor construction/completion of equipment and systems ensuring preservation compliance against the approved supplier's preservation procedures.
- Ensure Preservation Observations are closed out satisfactorily.

**What you need to bring**
- Experience: 10 years’ experience in offshore units preservation roles
- Good HSE behaviors and understanding relating to work in fabrication yards and offshore units.
- Experience in coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills,
- Language: Fluent English
