**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Acts as focal point between Customers and Asset Mgmt department for communicating the equipments and vehicle

- Handle telephone and personal inquiries from customers, and support the Planning & Technical teams at various

- Gather and monitor gauge readings from vehicles & equipment to collect data for PPMSC & Trend analysis.
- Publishing Load Tests Documentation for equipments on monthly basis and monitoring 3rd Party certifications for all

The equipments
- Monitor, follow-up and ensure all work orders are completed and entered the oracle EAM.
- Prepare accident / incident & misuse reports for Department budgeting & Cost analysis.
- Assist Technical Support team for arranging traffic registration, Load Tests & other inspections.
- Coordination for Woqod E-chip Installation & Uninstall (As per the request from BU with the Dept head approval)
- Produce and maintain various technical reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as per the direction of

Supervisor - Planning & Control
- Communicate all customer issues with foreman/workshop supervisor in the allocated sites, give as much

Information as possible to mechanic to properly diagnosis and cut repair time and diagnosis time to a mínimal.
- Coordinate with workshop supervisor and provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional

Repairs with cost estimate and obtain approval from customers.
- File and maintain equipment maintenance related materials & records; and discard unnecessary files.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor - Planning & Control
- Ensure full compliance with the safety goals, objectives, and procedures towards achieving zero LTI.

**Qualifications**

**Education & Professional Qualification**:

- High School or Secondary School
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 2 -3years of similar experience in heavy equipment or automobile industry
- Knowledge in Planning & Scheduling of fleets’ PPM

**Geographic Experience**:

- GCC experiences preferred
- Valid Qatar driving license is advantage

**Computer and Language Skills**:
**Market / Industry / Functional Knowledge**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Displays exemplary customer service skills and a sales-minded attitude.

**Related Professional Training, Certification, or Membership**
**Mandatory**: -Strong working knowledge/Experience in Excel formulas & ERP systems
**Preferred**:

- Strong Knowledge and working experience in Estimation and Invoicing
