- To carry out Company’s Stores procedure correctly and inspects site stores weekly.
- To co-ordinate with Purchase department and ensure that Purchase orders are checked with stores prior to new purchases.
- To issue Store Transfer vouchers for all materials leaving stores to other sites and vice versa.
- To ensure materials received are covered by MRs / LPOs and items on invoices.
- To ensure equipment are properly recorded and signed for by the authorized recipient.
- To ensure stores issued are made against authorized receipt signatures.
- To issue gate passes to gate keepers for all materials leaving stores to other sites and vice versa.
- To maintain proper stores inventory at end of each month.
- Updating market prices on quarterly basis.
- To maintain proper stores inventory at end of each month.
- Minimum 3-5 Years as Storekeeper preferably in Construction field with computer skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic AX.
- Knowledge of inventory principles and practices.
