**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Oversee the outsourcing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and outsourcing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in staffing or recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
