**Job Overview**: The Admin & Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategies across various channels, with a strong emphasis on social media. This role involves creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and driving online presence to support the organization's marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and update social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and curate compelling content, including text posts, images, and videos.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write and edit copy for promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
- **Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across different channels to promote products, services, or events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
- **Social Media Analytics**:

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Use data to optimize content strategy and improve audience engagement.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Interact with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and social media channels.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external communications.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other content creators.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and social media best practices.
- Recommend and implement new strategies to keep the organization ahead of the curve.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
