We are looking for a passionate and skilled Football Coach to join our team and train players aged 5 to 18. If you have a strong coaching background, love working with youth, and are committed to developing well-rounded athletes, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**

**Plan and Deliver Training Sessions**:
Design and conduct engaging, age-appropriate training sessions that prioritize technical skill development (e.g., ball control, passing, dribbling, and shooting) and physical conditioning (e.g., stamina, strength, and agility).

**Develop Individual and Team Skills**:
Focus on improving players' individual technical abilities while fostering teamwork, communication, and coordination during group sessions.

**Tactical Awareness**:
Introduce and teach basic to advanced tactical concepts, such as positioning, formations, and decision-making, tailored to the players’ age and skill levels.

**Monitor Progress**:
Assess players’ development regularly through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.

**Promote a Positive Environment**:
Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages players to learn, grow, and enjoy the game.

**Safety and Discipline**:
Ensure all training activities are conducted safely and uphold high standards of discipline and sportsmanship on and off the field.

**Qualifications**

**Coaching Certifications**:

- Minimum AFC/UEFA License or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- Proven track record of coaching football, ideally with youth players aged 5-18.
- Strong emphasis on technical and physical development in previous roles.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in developing technical skills such as ball handling, passing accuracy, and finishing.
- Knowledge of youth-specific physical training methods to build fitness, speed, and agility.
- Ability to communicate and connect with young athletes effectively.
- Tactical understanding and the ability to teach game strategies appropriately for various age groups.
