Location: Lusail, Qatar

**Job Description**:
We are a thriving party rental business located in Lusail, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Event Assistant to join our team. As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and the satisfaction of our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of rental equipment.
- Organize and maintain the showroom to showcase our inventory effectively.
- Set up and arrange rental items at event locations as required.
- Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their needs and providing guidance.
- Handle client inquiries, orders, and coordinate event details.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver top-notch service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient execution of events.
- Help in inventory management, tracking stock levels, and recommending replenishments when needed.

Qualifications:

- minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or related field.
- Must reside in Lusail and have a valid Qatar ID (QID).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours (10 am to 2 pm, 4 pm to 8 pm, or as needed).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
