**About the role**:
Security Occurrence Coordinator is responsible to ensure that all AQD reports are entered into the system and accurately and followed up in the required time frame. In addition to the daily administration roles, assisting the Officer and Lead Officer in the handling of confidential and sensitive security related issues. Involves a high degree of discretion and tact and provide continual inter-departmental support.

**QR Airline Operator Security Programme (QR AOSP)**
- Maintain a distribution list for the QR AOSP to ensure the manual is distributed to all relevant parties.
- Maintain sufficient CD copies of QR AOSP to meet the company requirements.
- Ensure that receipts from all recipients are filed for QRAOSP copies including amendments/revisions to keep track of them.
- Ensure that new stations’ ASMs and Duty Officers are granted online access to the AOSP in order to comply with QR Security requirements.
- Ensure that CDMS access to QR AOSP is withdrawn when airport offices are destabilised in order to prevent misuse of security sensitive information.
- Ensure that all issued QR AOSP are withdrawn when airports or offices are disestablished in order to prevent misuse of security sensitive information.

**Qatar Airways Standards and Procedures (QR S&P)**
- Maintain a distribution list for QR S&P to ensure that they are distributed to all relevant parties, in order to maintain an effective control of QR sensitive security documentation.
- Distribute QR S&P and always obtain acknowledgement of receipt.
- File and maintain Standards & Procedures.
- Ensure S&P and Security Bulletins are logged in the Centralized Documentations System (CDMS) in order to ensure that QR security policies and requirements are met at the stations/departments
- Ensure issued QR S&P documents are withdrawn when holding airports or offices are disestablished, in order to avoid that security sensitive information is available to third parties.
- Distribute/control Security Bulletins for stations/offices, in order to ensure that QR security policies and requirements are met at the stations/departments
- Update the Qatar Airways Security Bulletins (upload new revisions and withdraw old documents) in security share-point (intranet), in order to ensure that QR security policies and requirements are met at the stations/departments

**AQD (Security reports)**
- Submit occurrences for acceptance or refusal, with advice from the Manager Security Procedures, Standards, Procedures and Quality, in order to ensure that investigations are initiated ASAP.
- Review and qualify each occurrence as appropriate before acceptance, in order to avoid any queries or misinterpretation during the investigation.
- Distribute the occurrences through the network, as appropriate, in order to speed up the investigations and its outcome.
- Ensure that occurrences are reviewed and closed in a timely manner, in order to meet AQD requirements.
- Ensure that the concerned stations / offices / departments have conducted effective internal investigations and taken appropriate corrective actions to mitigate the risk and avoid reoccurrence.
- Liaise with the concerned stations / departments in order to gather all the necessary documents / evidences to attach to the relevant file.
- Draft the “Security Response” for Manager Security Investigations, Standards, Procedures & Quality review.
- Draft statistics for the weekly AQD meeting chaired by the VP Aviation Security.

Qualifications

**About you**

Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification or Equivalent with Minimum 04 years of job-related experience.

**Essential**:

- Knowledge of NCASP, Qatar Airways Security Programme and Qatar Airways SOPs and LOPs.
- Knowledge of company systems / programmes (AQD, Altea, QHome).
- Good knowledge of computer based systems.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
