**Objective**:
The **Site Supervisor (Printing and Events Production) **plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the printing press and events operations within the company. This role involves coordinating various activities, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. The Media Production Site Supervisor will collaborate closely with different departments, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in operations coordination, preferably in a printing press and events company.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and event planning logistics is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
**1.** **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and project details.
- Create project schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during production or event planning.

**2.** **Printing Press Operations**:

- Oversee the production process in the printing press, ensuring that printing jobs are executed accurately and according to client specifications.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure artwork and layouts are print-ready and meet quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels of printing materials, inks, and other supplies to prevent disruptions in production.

**3.** **Event Operations**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all event-related services are organized and delivered effectively.
- Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

**4.** **Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors to facilitate clear and effective communication.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress, changes, and any potential issues.
- Communicate with team members to ensure everyone is informed about project requirements and timelines.

**5.** **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform quality checks on printed materials and event setups to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
- Identify and address any quality issues or discrepancies and work towards finding suitable solutions.

**6.** **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of project details, client communications, and production/event specifications.
- Prepare and share reports on project status, resource utilization, and performance metrics.

**7.** **Problem Solving**:

- Proactively identify challenges or potential bottlenecks in production or event planning and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during production or events.

**Salary**: From QAR1.00 per month
