Key Responsibilities:
**1. Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate all on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

**2. Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all site-related communications.
- Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress, issues, and changes.

**3. Safety Management**:

- Ensure all site activities comply with Shell’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for all site personnel.

Monitor site conditions and practices to prevent accidents and incidents.

**4. Resource Management**:

- Manage the allocation and utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure that all resources are available and in good working condition when needed.

**5. Quality Control**:

- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.

**6. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all site activities, including work permits, inspection reports, and daily logs.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management and other stakeholders.

**7. Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment on-site.
- Ensure that logístical activities do not hinder project progress and are conducted efficiently.

**8. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution**:

- Identify potential issues and risks on site and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or problems that may arise.

**9. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that all site activities comply with local and international regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.

**10. Support to Project Management**:

- Provide support to the project manager in planning and executing project activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
