**About the job**:As the CAFM & Planning Supervisor you are responsible for overseeing all

CAFM and planning related tasks. Your role involves managing, coordinating, and optimizing

the performance of our CAFM system and all associated operational reporting. Your

responsibilities include, but is not limited to the below:
**Responsibilities**

**Work Monitoring, Planning & Scheduling**
- To continuously manage and monitor tasks on CAFM and ensure that they are

prioritized and delivered accordingly.
- Design, implement and monitor PPM schedules to ensure that they are completed as

per agreed timeframes / OEM requirements.
- Ensure work orders are batched into skill / location / contractor groups to ensure the

most effective and efficient service delivery that helps achieve the KPI priorities and

SLA timelines set against each job is attained.
- Effectively and efficiently monitor works progress (via third parties in some cases)

against agreed timeframes and report / escalate accordingly.
- Manage and co-ordinate stores and spare part requirements to ensure timely

ordering, delivery and issuing of spares and materials to ensure works can be

executed efficiently.
- Design, implement and monitor PPM schedules to ensure that they are completed as

per agreed timeframes.

**Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Management & Support**
- Work with senior team to continue with ongoing CAFM development works.
- Manage asset capture and verification procedures for new Clients.
- Ensure Asset Registers are actively maintained to include additions, deletions and

changes, in particular those created via new works.
- Ensure the correct task descriptions and H&S information are linked to all

maintenance plans as defined by the OEM.
- Ensure all work undertaken, for both planned maintenance and reactive, is recorded

against the appropriate asset and that all spares and materials used are recorded

against the correct asset.
- All Supplier and staff resource lists are kept up to date on the CAFM System.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CAFM related matters. including system

user group interface with the wider IT department.
- Manage and lead the development and review of policies and practices for all

planning matters.
- To assist in the financial management of the department by providing accurate

costing of labor hours/materials required where directed, for new/additional work.
- Assist the finance and procurement team in producing purchase orders via the CAFM

system.

**Technical Management & Support**
- Assist the senior team in identifying, by perennial analysis, assets that are failing on a

regular basis or have in proportionate cost expenditure compared to their asset

value, so they may be considered for life cycle replacement.
- Assist the senior team in identifying assets which could be under or over
- maintained

on planned maintenance by analyzing reactive call data.
- Provide senior team with up-to-date operations and performance reports, showing

the status of various workloads and tasks etc.
- Provide a flexible and professional approach to their responsibilities and provide an

active input to updating procedures to improve efficiency of site plant and

machinery.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines by infirming senior

management team if practice appears to contravene policy, or if concerned about

any aspect of the work process etc.

**Reporting**
- Lead and produce detailed operational and management reports on a

weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis. Reports to be produced using the

Archibus dashboards and Power BI. Experience with the use of Power BI to produce

professional reports is essential.

Training & Development
- Conduct CAFM system training packages via the provision of both formal and

informal training etc to internal and external clients.
- To liaise with all members of Staff and Contractors in arranging training/

familiarization sessions.
- To undertake training as required, enabling staff to perform their duties.

**Qualifications**
- **Proven experience working with Archibus & Power BI**
- 10 years of experience in the related field (3 years in a supervisor role)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Time Management and Client Management skills
- Tier 1 Soft FM provider (Middle East Experience essential)

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
