Department

INDUSTRIAL CITY OPERATIONS (DCA)

Primary purpose of job

To provide day-to-day scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of all HVAC/AC equipment within the scope of Industrial

City Operations (DCA) by closely monitoring and supervising contractors activities on-site and producing necessary reports

and documentations needed. Act as the first level support to ensure successful completion of monthly, periodical, yearly

preventive maintenance work orders by liaising with contractors, issuing permits, respond to break downs, perform

breakdown analysis, instruct repair method to Contractor, notify list of equipment to be replaced with field inspection reports

and escalate unresolved issues to supervisor.

Experience & Skills
- Good knowledge of English and Mathematics at level required for the duties.
- At least 10 years’ experience in the installation of Electrical / Refrigeration / Air Conditioning / HVAC works and complete

maintenance including at least 5 years’ experience with Petrochemical/Oil Industries.
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English. Exposure to SAP system is desirable. Knowledge of Arabic

language will be an added advantage.
- Will need to acquire Qatari Driving License.

Education

Secondary education (12 Years) supplemented by completion of Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
