Female Receptionist

Maintaining customer satisfaction, keeping track of client information, and professionally and pleasantly managing customers' needs and complaints.
- Follow up / check clients as per appointments.
- Help clients determine their needs by outlining products, services, and treatments to them.
- Strong knowledge in computer and booking systems.
- Record employee attendance and block staff members as per their off days and unavailability.
- Maintain proper records of daily cash and card transaction, petty cash and submit to accounts department.
- Promote the cross-selling and up-selling of goods and services.
- Maintain ethical communication, especially when speaking with customers on the phone and scheduling appointments.
- Manage the booking requests from customers as per the availability of technicians.
- Communicate to customers about the prices ,discounts and promotions.
- Assure and maintain the reception area's cleanliness and orderliness.
- Assist visitors by extending a friendly greeting and providing the necessary direction.
- Take feedback from customers after services.
- Acknowledge the compliments from clients and respond to it in a very pleasant way.
- Note down the customer complaints and report to management.
- The capacity to perform well under pressure.
- Consistently uphold excellent grooming standards.
- Inform the appropriate department of any salon maintenance requirements.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

- Noc and transferrable visa preferred
- English fluency is must/Arabic will be an added advantage

- **EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**_
2-3 years of Receptionist Experience Preferred.
