Pwht Technician

**PWHT TECHNICIAN**
(**Pre/Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) Technicians)**

**PWHT technicians** control the heating and cooling cycles of components and materials for use in the Power Generation, Petrochemical, Chemical, Mining, Oil & Gas and Aerospace industries.

We are looking for Individuals that possess;
- The ability to work independently on-site
- Good communication skills
- Customer focused
- Computer literate and demonstrate high communication skills
- Strong Safety awareness and discipline
- Set up and monitor electric Pre Heating and PWHT
- Ability to assist in the set up and monitoring of gas PWHT
- PWHT technicians need good eyesight, and the ability to concentrate over long periods
- good understanding of English and Mathematics is required as work involves controlling heating / cooling rates, compiling written reports, working with figures (time v temperature rates) and understanding technical words

**Job requirements**:

- Several years’ experience in similar role within the heat treatment industry
- Computer literate and demonstrate high communication skills\
- GCC experience would be an added advantage
- Residing in Qatar with valid QID & NOC
- Can join immediately
- Contract Duration: 3 week and extendable
- Working hours: 10 hours maximum 12 hours
- Overtime : Will pay after 10 hours of working or beyond
- Food, accommodation & transportation provided by the company
- Work location: Ras Laffan

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
