Our newest opportunity is for a talented **Senior Technical Manager (Design)** **to** join our award-winning team based in **Doha, Qatar**.

**Responsibilities**:
We envisage success in this role to include;-
**Holistic Coordination**:Ensure a high level of coordination between discipline-related services and other disciplines, leveraging your seniority to foster a holistic approach that aligns with overarching project goals.**Executive-Level Problem Resolution**:Provide authoritative technical input to resolve complex discipline-related engineering challenges, drawing on your extensive experience to guide the project through intricate technical landscapes.**Strategic Communication**:Establish and maintain strategic communication channels with clients and contractor discipline engineers, addressing project-related issues with a forward-thinking perspective to anticipate and manage potential challenges.**Masterful Project Hand-Over**:Take charge of coordinating project activities to orchestrate a seamless hand-over, aligning all facets of the project with the highest standards and exceeding client expectations at an executive level.**Senior Representation in Meetings**:Represent the organization at technical and progress meetings with a senior executive presence, contributing strategic insights and demonstrating a deep understanding of the project's technical intricacies.**Risk Management Expertise**:Utilize your seasoned judgment to identify and assess issues and risks, presenting them to senior project management with comprehensive recommendations for mitigation and ensuring the overall success of the project portfolio.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum **20 years of broad-based relevant experience as an architect in a reputed design consultancy. Possessing a Degree or postgraduate degree in Architecture BArch / MArch / MSc or equivalent.** **Membership with a recognised professional architectural body & graduation from a reputed university will be beneficial.
