**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and engage potential clients in the region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present, promote, and sell building materials, lighting, and electrical products to both new and existing customers.
- Understand and stay up-to-date with regional projects and market trends.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

**Requirements**:

- General knowledge of building materials, lighting, and electrical products.
- Strong understanding of regional projects and market trends.
- Excellent English communication skills, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation:

- Straight commission basis.
